Cricut Die-cut machine?
What are the main differences between the Cricut personal electronic cutter, and the Cricut Expression?
I know the expression can cut smaller and bigger than the personal, but what else is different.
You hit the nail on the head. One of the main differences is the size of the of the cuts.
The Cricut Personal can cut images up to 5.5" tall and up to 11.5" long. The Expression has two new cutting mats measuring 12" x 12" and 12" x 24" so you can now cut characters from 0.25" up to an impressive 23.5".
The other difference is that the Cricut Expression is a much larger machine. It's meant to be a stationary machine as opposed to the Cricut personal electronic cutter, which is portable and lightweight.
The Expression has many upgrades (although it accepts the existing line of Cricut cartridges so that's good!) It has six new modes and several new functions so you have more customization options. New settings allow different units of measurement and languages.
