Wife is having problems with her Janome Memory Craft 9700? Long story, short... we're having some real difficulty with getting my wife's Janome MC9700 serviced while we're overseas in Germany. We sent it in on August 28 because she was having problems keeping the bobbin tight. Well, we just got it back on Friday. She tried to work with it today and is now having difficulty accessing any files from a Compact Flash card. While searching for a fix action, she found a software update, which she uploaded. After doing so, the screen on the MC9700 is now blank and she can't get it to display anything. Does anyone know of a way to revert back to the earlier software load?
